1. Semi-automatic block production line, consist of concrete mixer, conveyor belt, block forming machine.
2. Mechanical vibration type, (down-vibration box with 2 sets 5.5 KW motor, up-vibration motor with 1 set 3KW vibration motor), push-pull mould by electric.
3. One time dosing material, easily operated,  labor saved with small workforce.
4. 4-5 Operators needed for regular production. 1 for feeding material to mixer and adding water, 1 control machine block forming by control box, 2 for transporting blocks to curing area.
